Music for Six String Basses with Electronic Enhancement (1979)
The string music is derived from a set of instructions accompanied by a visual map consisting of a series of integers located within a large circle.

The integers within the circle displayed in the score represent the number of sounds to be played.

The series of integers displayed within the circle represent a single 24-hour light-dark period, as well as the 24 International Time Zones, both of which are defined by one complete rotation of the earth.

The ‘live’ acoustic music is enhanced by electronic sounds. The performance was recorded in Longwood Auditorium at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston in Jan., 1980.

The original score is entitled Music for Six Solo Players for Unspecified Instruments.
